These terms cover the pUZles app and this website. They are deliberately short, because the app asks little of you and we ask little in return.
The licence
pUZles is free to download. You may use it on any device you own, for as long as you like, for personal, non-commercial enjoyment.
You may not resell the app, redistribute it as your own, or attempt to extract its puzzle content for use in another product.
No accounts; one optional purchase
There are no user accounts and no subscriptions. The app is free to open, and each game gives you its first 20 levels.
A single optional purchase removes the advertising and unlocks every level. That purchase is handled entirely by the app store you downloaded from — we never see or hold your payment details, and refunds follow that store’s own policy.
Nothing you create in the app is kept on our servers. Your progress is yours and stays on your device.
What you send us
When you send a message through the app or this website, please keep it lawful and civil. Do not send anything you do not have the right to share.
By sending a suggestion, you allow us to act on it in the app without owing you compensation. You keep whatever rights you had in what you wrote.
Availability and changes
The app and this website are provided as they are, without warranty of any kind. We do our best to keep them working, but we cannot promise they will always be available or free of faults.
Games may be added, changed or retired in updates. To the fullest extent the law allows, Softiviti Inc. is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the app or this website.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable therein, and any dispute belongs to the courts of that province.
